Red Handed Denial’s new Wanderer EP comes out this week, which you can stream in full here. The band shot a video for “Manipulator” last September, and it was the first time Red Handed Denial collaborated with director Brendan Jessamine, who later did their “Dirty Diana” MV. For this shoot, Red Handed Denial had all their closest friends and supporters to help out as extras on set and it was such a smooth and great experience (I am in the corner of a scene somewhere). I love working with good people and keep working with good people.
The video was shot in a venue located in the basement of a restaurant called Rotilicious in Ajax. The space was a dream—wall-to-wall concert posters, music equipments, a run-down couch, an inoperable washroom that stinks… it was incredible.

“Jessie, do you take jumping photos?” They asked hesitantly as if I was going to scoff at how cheesy the idea was. I might have done that, but took the photos anyway :P

Promo Photos
We took some promo shots too. Adrian lit it with a Kino Flo to my right.
This is probably the most serious photos we got that day:
Seconds before…

And then I guess Spider-Man decided to show up?
